Therefore, the objects of the Association are: to support activities for the development and benefit of ethnic schools. To support and coordinate the teaching of languages, history, geography and cultures of ethnic communities. To develop and encourage communication and cooperation between ethnic schools authorities. To coordinate and promote inter ethnic school social and cultural activities. To promote communication and cooperation with teachers, schools and institutions involved in languages teaching. An ethnic school is a nonprofit making, after hours language and culture school begin to all students irrespective of their linguistic background. All ethnic schools labor to sustain and prosper the languages and cultures of Australian communities. Most importantly, ethnic schools urge cohesion within the diversity of multicultural society.
